RETURN & REFUND

RETURN

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is essential that you send your cancellation request before the period has expired.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging. To proceed and complete your return, we require the customer should not ship back the item without prior contact with the customer service department, who will provide the return instructions and the return address by email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost related to the return shipping may be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over USD 100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days from receiving your cancellation request and the reception of the items back.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not confirmed and received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@hygge-watches.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, please send us an email at customerservice@hygge-watches.com with proof of original purchase and an image of the watch. To proceed and complete your exchange, we require the customer should not ship back the item without prior contact with the customer service department, who will provide the return instructions and the return address by email.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you, may vary.
